Philip "Rusty" Warren, PhD, President of Polestar Products, a division of Polestar Technologies
Dr. Warren is responsible for the commercialization of all Polestar products, including P&L, sales, marketing, product development, quality, compliance, and manufacturing. Prior to joining Polestar, Dr. Warren was CEO of BioXcell (now INVO Bioscience), a publicly held medical device company in the infertility market. Before that, Dr. Warren spent 23 years in senior leadership positions in the defense industry with SAIC, a $10B defense contractor, Geo-Centers, Inc., a government contracting company, and with the US Army as a manager of R&D programs in the physical, biological, and behavioral sciences.
Dr. Warren earned a BA in psychology from the University of Vermont and a Ph.D. in neurobiology and psychology from the University of Rochester. He did post-doctoral research in behavioral pharmacology at Harvard Medical School and completed Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development. Rusty enjoys skiing in the winter and improving his golf game in the summer.
